Welcome to Master Auto Detail. By booking or using our car detailing services, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items, valuables, and trash prior to your appointment. Master Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
Pre-Existing Damage: We will conduct a pre-service inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including tears, rust, cracked glass, chipped paint, or worn clear coat.
Excessive Dirt/Hazardous Materials: Vehicles with extreme biohazards (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, pet waste) or heavy neglect may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Inspection & Claims: Please inspect your vehicle upon pick-up/completion and report any concerns within 24 hours so we can address them.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any vehicle or customer due to safety concerns, illegal items, or abusive behavior.
